Effective March 24, 2026

Security is our top priority we’re introducing a new login security feature for online banking to give you stronger protection while keeping your banking experience simple and seamless.

Starting on March 24, 2026 you will be prompted to set-up a phone number to receive a text or voice call with a one-time passcode (OTP). Don’t worry you won’t need to enter an OTP every time you log in, it will only be required when we detect something is different, like a different device or IP address.

It’s important we have up-to-date contact information for you or you won’t be able to login to online banking.

The number the text will come from is 36397 and the number for the voice call is 678-498-2706.

Never share the OTP with anyone else, this is for your use only. A credit union team member will never ask you for this OTP.
